Aurea’s
Digital presence for artists: the digital home, the recurring billing, the CRM that holds it up and the directory where they get hired.
The problem
An artist hands out a Drive folder, a CV and loose links, and when somebody searches their name nothing they own comes up.
Building a site is expensive, keeping it alive is worse, and no template understands the difference between a reel, a book and a body of work. On the other side, the person hiring has nowhere to look. And an agency charging by subscription does not break on design: it breaks on billing.
digital homes live, each on its own subdomain and with its own design system.
What it does
What the system does, point by point
Recurring billing that never fails silently
Mercado Pago subscriptions with signature validation, idempotency and one active subscription per email. A declined charge does not cut the artist off: it is recorded and the panel shows it in red, which is the only place a failed renewal is visible the same day instead of a week later.
Prices live in a single file
Tier by cycle, six plans derived from two numbers. The amount is always defined server side, never by the client, and legacy identifiers still resolve so no charged order and no old link ever breaks.
Our own panel and CRM
Accounts, digital homes, orders, subscriptions, enquiries, artists, listings and custom payment links. One screen per client that cross references everything by email, so handling a complaint does not mean searching five tables.
La Red: the directory where they get hired
A taxonomy of disciplines, filtered search that works without JavaScript and profile cards. The artist’s rate never leaves the server: it is read to answer whether they fit the budget, and a boolean travels, not the number.
26 digital homes live
Each artist with their own subdomain and their own design system, not the same template repeated twenty six times.
Cancellation and cooling off, solved
The buttons Argentine regulation demands, actually working, not an email to support that somebody answers eventually.
What it proves
It is in production charging real money, which is the hardest proof there is.
Automated tests run over the pure logic and against Postgres, including one that enforces the content rules across the whole codebase.
