A multi tenant platform where a court appointed expert runs the whole practice: cases, expert reports, evidence that holds up in court, fees and deadlines.
The problem
A court appointed expert works with deadlines that cannot be missed and with documentation that has to survive a legal challenge, and today they run it on Windows folders, Excel and memory.
Three things fail every time: the deadline, because missing it means a sanction; the evidence, because you have to prove the file was not modified since it was taken; and the money, because nobody really knows how much they are owed.

What it does
What the system does, point by point
Cases and reports with enforced state
Case title, docket, court, the points to answer and the answer to each one. States are not edited by hand: the system decides which transition is valid, so a closed case never reopens by mistake.
Digital evidence with a fingerprint
Every uploaded file gets its fingerprint from three separate algorithms, which lets you prove in court that the document is exactly the one that was filed. Nothing lives in a public folder: it is reached from inside the application, authenticated.
Fees that add up
Court awarded amounts, partial payments and expense advances. The professional sees what was awarded, what was collected and what is still outstanding.
The whole Argentine court structure, cascading
Jurisdiction, judicial district, court or chamber, branch and instance. The expert picks, never types.
Permissions guaranteed by the database
Expert, assistant and administrator. The assistant sees the expert’s practice, the administrator sees the platform, and nobody sees what is not theirs. That does not rest on an if statement in the code.
What it proves
Two runs open the application in a real browser and sweep all 35 screens looking for errors on every change.
That is the rigour a regulated sector asks for, and it is a SaaS ready to sell on subscription.
