Blend Store
The online store of a premium clothing brand, with the same system running the counter: one stock for what sells on the web and what sells in the shop.
The problem
A brand selling in its shop and through Instagram keeps stock in two different heads: something sells online that just sold at the counter, and the other way round.
And once online sales pick up in earnest, the problem stops being the cart: it is two people buying the last item in the same second, and the system has to decide which of the two actually gets it.

What it does
What the system does, point by point
One stock, two channels
Counter sales and web sales draw from the same place. Movements, adjustments and restocking live on one screen, so nobody has to remember to update the other side.
Payment cannot oversell
The Mercado Pago webhook validates the signature, claims the order with a conditional write and deducts stock in the same transaction. If it no longer adds up at confirmation, the order cancels itself and the money goes back: the system never sells what it does not have.
Point of sale for the shop
Find the product, pick size and colour, charge. Stock drops on confirmation, without going through the web and without double entry.
The size and colour matrix
The owner declares sizes and colours and the system builds the variants with their own SKU, instead of hand-entering one row per combination.
Order states that notify
Valid transitions are declared, not left to whoever is clicking, and every change fires the customer email without anyone remembering to send it.
What it proves
Concurrent selling was documented as a risk before it ever happened, and it was closed: validated signature, transaction and atomic order claim.
It is the kind of problem that only shows up once a store really sells, and here it was solved beforehand.
