Relay
The workspace where a company stops jumping between twelve tabs: chats, email, files and numbers on a single screen.
The problem
A company’s operations live scattered: the chat in one place, the file in another, and the number in a spreadsheet somebody forgot to update.
Every answer means searching five tools, and every handoff between two people is a chance for something to drop. The team is not slow, its tools are.
tabs open to answer a single question. The team is not slow: its tools are.
What it does
What the system does, point by point
A single inbox
Every chat, email and message lands in the same place and is searched from there. No more bouncing between ten apps to find a thread from two weeks ago.
Context travels with the thread
Who said what, when, and what was agreed, attached to the conversation. Nothing stays buried inside one person’s direct messages.
Automations that run themselves
Follow-ups, reminders and handoffs between people, so admin work stops eating the team’s day.
Roles and access
Each person sees exactly what is theirs. Adding someone takes minutes, not a week of screen sharing explaining where everything lives.
It plugs into what they already use
It does not replace the company’s tools: it connects to the channels that already exist and pulls them together, so nobody has to migrate anything to start.
What it proves
It is in production and we use it every day to run Dmeter.
When someone asks whether it fits their case, we open it and try it with their own data in front of them.
