The institutional site of a private university, with its own content manager and student capture wired straight into the CRM.
The problem
A university opening its doors needs three things at once, and usually buys them from three different vendors: a site that loads fast and looks serious, the ability to publish news without calling the developer, and every person who fills in a form arriving at the CRM already classified.
The usual answer is a slow WordPress full of plugins, an off the shelf CMS that never quite fits, and a Zapier held together with tape between the form and the CRM. Here it is a single piece.

What it does

The public site, 13 sections
Institutional, degree programmes, executive courses, admissions, research, industry links and internationalisation. Every programme and every course has its own page, its curriculum and its form.
A CMS built to measure, not a WordPress
A real editor with images inside the article, embedded video and tables. Private preview links so the chancellor approves before publishing, version history, a recoverable trash and an audit trail of who changed what.
Technical SEO handled per article
Metadata, share image and a sitemap that regenerates itself on publish. Solved at the foundation, not patched on afterwards.
Student capture wired into Zoho CRM
The form living inside a programme page already knows which programme it is and never asks again. The brochure asks for details before the download. Everything lands in the right module with no manual editing from admissions.
What it proves
The client publishes on their own: nobody sits in the middle to swap a photo.
